Operational Excellence-Drive operational excellence by implementing metrics and performance indicators that monitor the effectiveness of engineering processes and support data-driven decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement-Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment on engineering objectives and successful project outcomes. Technical Expertise-Provide technical direction on cable and harness assembly processes, including molding, shielding, and termination methods. Also, lead design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and process optimization initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
