Overview Alan B. Miller Medical Center opening in Spring 2026. A neighborhood hospital with medical center excellence that will join UHS’ regional network of healthcare services. The campus will feature 150 private patient rooms, a medical office building and a helistop, with 365,000 square feet of hospital and medical office space planned upon completion of the initial phase. The Medical Center will offer comprehensive services including Emergency Care, Orthopedics and Surgical Services, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular and Neurosurgical services, and outpatient services in medical office buildings. Director of Cardiopulmonary Services Accountable for coordinating activities and providing clinical and administrative leadership in one or more defined areas of the medical center. Responsible for fiscal, operational and personnel management of the Cardiac and Pulmonary Service departments. Develops budgets and business plans for the respective areas. Contributes to the vision, mission and strategic plan of the organization and is accountable for standards of care and practice in the areas where Cardiovascular and Cardiac Stress/Echo/EKG personnel practice. Possesses knowledge of Joint Commission, AOA, Florida Department of Health guidelines, and rules and regulations of WRMC; has a thorough understanding of sound management principles.
