Responsibilities Set meetings with customers to present xMEMS value proposition and roadmaps Build personal relationships with engineering, purchasing and management at the customer base Coordinate technical discussions with customer engineering and xMEMS technical resource Input and update sales opportunities and forecast in SALESFORCE platform Drive distribution network to uncover new customer opportunities Drive distribution to forecast data on monthly bases for financial growth Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis Accurately document and report sales, schedules and activities Collect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations Qualifications At least 15 years of successful selling experience in the US Market Focus on Semiconductor Industry preferable in Audio Technology History of working with large companies such as Apple, Amazon, Google, Etc Shown working experience with ODMs overseas Has experience working with multiple distributors in territory Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation Strong multi-tasking skills, time management and attention to detail Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment Benefits Competitive pay 401k program Eligible for Medical & Dental benefits Holidays and Paid time off available Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries: Semiconductor Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at xMEMS by 2x Get notified about new Sales Director jobs in San Francisco Bay Area .
