Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master\'s degree in taxation or CPA certification preferred. Strong technical expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, with emphasis on partnership taxation. Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
