Job Description As Director of SASE Sales, you will lead a regional team focused on selling HPE’s expanded security portfolio, including SD-WAN, SSE, Network Access Control (NAC) and Juniper’s SRX/SSR modules. This role is part of the SASE North America management team and sells in partnership with HPE Networking’s sales organization. This position is expected to have roughly 75% travel within the assigned region. Responsibilities Lead a team of 8–15 sales professionals, with plans to scale as the business grows. Drive sales across the combined Aruba and Juniper security portfolio. Execute against a team quota. Apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology (training provided if needed). Focus 70% of efforts on new logo acquisition and 30% on cross-selling within existing accounts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Experience and Skills Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams. Deep understanding of security concepts, especially Zero Trust. High internal locus of control, grit, and motivation.
