About the Opportunity and Organization Extremely stable non-profit organization with operating budget over $100M Mission focuses on community, education, family support and health Responsibilities of the FP&A Director: Working with Program directors on budgets and providing analysis on financial health supervising a team of 2 overseeing monthly, quarterly, annual reports Internal and External reporting responsibilities including budget vs. actual, grant reporting, board deck preparation, forecasting, variance analysis. Budget development, budget modifications Review and monitor all funding sources along with operating / non-operating expenditures. Experience Preferred of the FP&A Director: 4+ years of FP&A Experience, ideally in nonprofit CPA preferred or MBA Advanced Excel application skills Ability to work independently, detail-oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills
