A growing healthcare organization is seeking someone to help drive performance and support strategic growth. With ongoing investments in its finance infrastructure, this role offers the opportunity to build out a high-impact operational finance function from the ground up.
This is a highly visible role ideal for a finance leader who enjoys collaborating across teams, influencing performance strategy, and building strong financial processes to support a growing business. You'll report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in financial planning, operational insights, and future strategic initiatives, including M&A. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a financial business partner to operations leadership, identifying performance improvement opportunities and supporting accountability efforts
Build and lead a high-performing finance team aligned with field operations
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes
Provide actionable insights through financial and operational analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives including cost optimization, strategic expansions, and integration projects
Lead and support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and executive reporting
Qualifications
10 years of experience in FP&A or operational finance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated success managing teams and partnering across departments
Must have multi-site experience
Advanced Excel and modeling skills with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, analytical approach to problem solving
