We are seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership, drive strategic growth, and ensure quality services across our operations.

What You’ll Do Lead and develop a talented team while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance in collaboration with leadership. Represent Open Doors in the community by building partnerships with agencies, stakeholders, and public officials. Guide program development, establish annual objectives, and ensure exceptional participant care. Serve as a liaison with state agencies, committees, and organizations in the IDD field. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Services or Nursing (RN) required. Minimum 2 years of administrative leadership experience in organizations supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Proven ability in budget management, policy implementation, and staff supervision. Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to prepare reports and correspondence. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass state background checks.
