About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Philanthropy for its Schools and Colleges. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and inspiring front-line philanthropy staff, providing oversight and coaching in major gift fundraising. This role involves planning and implementing a philanthropic gift program with a focus on major gift cultivation and solicitation, as well as directly managing a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects. The Executive Director will also be tasked with meeting fundraising goals, supervising a team of philanthropy professionals, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external constituencies to support the strategic priorities of the university.
