About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Orthopedic Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of system-wide strategies and operations related to comprehensive orthopedic and urology care. This includes both surgical and non-surgical aspects. The role involves supporting the Institute's vision and strategy, collaborating with regional and multistate teams to standardize care, and developing destination care programs. The Executive Director will also work closely with the Research Institute to develop research programs that enhance care and the presence of the organization.

Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree, and a background in healthcare, particularly in orthopedics and urology. Key skills include organizational and multi-tasking abilities, knowledge of nursing care methods, and the capacity to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in strategic planning, business development, and engagement with physicians is also preferred. The role requires a leader who can drive continuous improvement, manage clinical and operational aspects of the programs, and ensure that the Institute meets volume, profitability, quality, and service standards across the continuum of care.
