The Role: The Executive Director supports the development and execution of system-wide strategies and operations for the Orthopedic Institute, which includes comprehensive orthopedic surgical and non-surgical care, as well as urology services. This role reports to the Vice President and collaborates with senior leadership to execute strategic plans, develop partnerships, and ensure alignment across services within AdventHealth. Scope of Responsibilities: Lead strategic delivery and partnerships Develop, implement, and evaluate programs to meet volume, profitability, quality, and satisfaction goals Utilize organizational data and decision support tools for planning and process development Collaborate with regional teams to standardize care and develop destination care programs Partner with executive teams and institute leadership to align vision and strategy Work with the Research Institute to develop programs that elevate care Serve as the clinical strategic leader within the six imperatives: Product, Consumer, Network, Risk, Cost, People Develop quality and safety systems, driving continuous improvement Manage clinical programs, pathways, and centers to meet standards and drive value Oversee development, maintenance, accreditation, and expansion of clinical and operational programs within the Orthopedic/MSK Institute Qualifications: Required Knowledge and Skills: Organizational and multi-tasking skills Teamwork and collaboration abilities Effective communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Experience in strategic planning and successful execution Business development experience Healthcare background, specifically in orthopedics/urology
