About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Orthopedic Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of system-wide strategies and operations in the areas of orthopedic surgical and non-surgical comprehensive care, as well as the urology service line. This role involves supporting the Institute's vision and strategy, creating and maintaining partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, profitable, and customer-satisfying programs and services. The Executive Director will also be involved in strategic planning, business development, and will work closely with medical leadership to manage the program and drive value across the continuum of care.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the Orthopedic Institute should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a background in healthcare, particularly in orthopedics and urology. The role requires strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in strategic planning, business development, and engagement with physicians is also desirable. The Executive Director will be expected to lead interdepartmental and system initiatives to improve clinical care processes, patient services, and financial performance, and to ensure the Institute meets national benchmarks for quality and safety.
