About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead and champion its mission, with a focus on overseeing all aspects of branch operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for program management, membership, marketing, outreach, facilities, safety, and staff development. A key part of the role is leading fundraising efforts, including annual campaigns, grants, and government contracts, and representing the organization in the community to build partnerships with various stakeholders. The Executive Director will also be tasked with executing local strategies that align with the organization's goals and managing a high-performing team and advisory board.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in nonprofit leadership, with a strong background in volunteer engagement, staff development, marketing, and finance. The role requires proven success in fundraising and grant management, as well as strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills. The ideal candidate will be an organizational leader with a certification in this area, or be willing to obtain one within 3 years. The Executive Director will be expected to inspire and manage a team, and to work closely with the advisory board to ensure the organization's success.
