About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the driving force behind its mission and to manage all aspects of branch operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of activities, including programs, membership, marketing, outreach, facilities, safety, and staff development. A key part of the role is leading fundraising efforts, which encompass annual campaigns, grants, and government contracts. The Executive Director will also be the face of the organization in the community, fostering partnerships with various stakeholders and ensuring that local strategies are in line with the company's goals. Additionally, the role involves managing and inspiring a high-performing team and advisory board.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in nonprofit leadership, with a strong background in volunteer engagement, staff development, marketing, and finance. The role requires a proven track record in fundraising and grant management, as well as strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills. The ideal candidate will be an organizational leader with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Certification in organizational leadership is required within 3 years, with a preference for those who are already certified as team or multi-team leaders.
