About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinic Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for its clinics and assigned outpatient hospital departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality and service, as well as compliance with the organization's mission, vision, values, and regulatory requirements. This role involves the overall supervision of ambulatory and hospital operations to optimize patient care and financial performance, leading process improvement efforts, and managing the financial, human, and capital resources of the region. The Executive Director will also be accountable for identifying market opportunities, driving service line strategies, and fostering physician and partner alignment initiatives.

Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and a minimum of 5-8 years' experience in leading and directing medical group operations. The role requires a leader who can create a culture of innovation, teamwork, and professional practice, and who is adept at recruiting, retaining, and developing staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational and financial management, be adept at strategic planning, and have the ability to work collaboratively with market leadership and medical directors. Strong communication skills, a commitment to staff development, and a focus on continuous quality improvement in a dynamic healthcare environment are essential.
