About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinic Operations with a strong background in healthcare business management and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the clinic, with a focus on operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, with an emphasis on driving local growth, exceeding client retention targets, and fostering community relationships. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the clinic's financial performance, including P&L management, and must have a deep understanding of financial drivers to optimize profitability.

Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include mentoring and developing future leaders, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. The role demands a leader with a growth mindset, who can effectively manage the clinic's P&L, and is adept at using data to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' of operations and growth leadership experience in a high-growth service industry, particularly in healthcare, behavioral health, or education. A background in ABA therapy or allied health services is strongly preferred, as is a deep understanding of financial acumen, including P&L, EBITDA, and KPI analysis. The Executive Director will also be responsible for talent retention and engagement, and must be adept at building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
