About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinic Operations with a strong background in healthcare business management and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the clinics, focusing on four key pillars: operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, with a primary focus on driving local growth, exceeding client acquisition targets, and fostering community relationships. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the financial health of the clinics, managing P&L, and optimizing profitability. Operational excellence, including compliance and service delivery performance, and talent retention through effective coaching and mentorship, are essential aspects of the position.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' of operations and growth leadership experience in a high-growth service industry, particularly in healthcare, behavioral health, or education. A deep understanding of ABA therapy and allied health services is strongly preferred. The role demands a leader with a growth mindset, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have high emotional intelligence, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, and will be adept at using data to make informed decisions. Responsibilities also include leading business development activities, coaching staff, and ensuring a high-performance culture through talent development and engagement.
