Salary Range – Min: $96,137 Midpoint: $124,966 Max: $153,816 17.5% Director Bonus Sign-On & Relo Bonuses are negotiable
Ideal candidate experience: · Surgical Services leadership experience required (Manager or Director experience) · BSN required
Reporting Structure · Reports up to CNO · 1 manager, 3 Clinical Nurse Coordinators (1 for endo, 1 for pre post, 1 for OR) · ~70 total FTEs
Overview · 4 ORs, 3 Endo Rooms · Strong ortho program doing a lot of hips and knees, Mako Robot. General surgery – will launch DaVinci robot. Sports medicine physician – shoulders, small joints. Surgeon from sister facility is going to open a clinic to restart GYN in November. · 7 cases on a light day, up to 26 on busy day. On call for weekends · Director is over all areas of surgical services – OR, SPD, pre post, PACU, endo · Great relationship with anesthesia
