Director of Sales Opportunity Description

Our client is an established multi-site Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current need for a Director of Sales for their Hospice markets in Detroit, MI . This person can be based anywhere in the footprint as long as they can travel within it. Ideally, this person would have sales management experience in the Hospice industry however, Home Health sales leadership may be considered.

Director of Sales Job Requirements Service based Healthcare management experience. Hospice background preferred. Must be able to travel as needed within territory. Strong team development skills. Director of Sales Job Responsibilities Lead, train and mentor sales team in the field. Work with senior leadership to help grow census and revenue. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
