Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Director to lead and grow our production operations. This role is pivotal in increasing business, improving operational efficiency, and expanding our impact for individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will combine strategic business development skills with operational leadership to drive revenue growth and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of production, including packaging, kitting, and light assembly operations. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and business partnerships while promoting the organization’s mission. Oversee production planning, workflow, and staffing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Collaborate with marketing to identify new business opportunities. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all employees, including individuals with disabilities. Monitor and report on production performance, financial metrics, and operational goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards. Mentor production staff to promote professional development and retention. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or a related environment. Proven track record in business development, sales growth, or revenue generation. Experience managing diverse teams and working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement methods. Experience working with adults with disabilities or similar environment a plus Compensation Salary Range $75,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
