Your Role Lead the planning, organization, supervision, and evaluation of nursing services in our facility. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as implement key nursing programs. Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and reports related to resident care. Direct the orientation and training of nursing staff to uphold our standards. Manage the nursing department effectively within budgetary constraints. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures. Qualifications Current RN licensure in your state, with no enforcement actions. A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a Director of Nursing role is preferred. What We Offer Competitive salary.
