Director of Information Technology We are seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead and evolve the digital backbone of our organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our technology infrastructure while driving innovation and operational excellence. Director of Information Technology Benefits and Compensation: Salary up to $180,000, commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package Leadership role with direct impact on organizational strategy and technology evolution Opportunity to shape a high-performing IT department and deliver innovative solutions Director of Information Technology Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in senior IT leadership roles, with proven success in managing IT strategy and operations 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in systems, networks, or security engineering Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and retain top IT talent Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technology concepts for all audiences Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and drive results under pressure Provide strategic and technical leadership across all IT functions, including systems, applications, networks, project management, help desk operations, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including system testing and risk assessments Manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and strategic resource allocation Partner with senior leadership, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Director of Information Technology Preferred Background & Skills: Must have experience in banking . Experience in architecting secure, scalable, and highly reliable network solutions Familiarity with best practices in cybersecurity and compliance Proven ability to foster collaboration and professional development within a high-performing IT team Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
