In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated, AI-driven HR workflows that encompass the full employee lifecycle. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws in all areas where we operate, while also working to optimize our HR systems and data for predictive analytics, providing insights crucial for leadership decision-making. Your contributions will be vital to creating a seamless employee experience that supports our rapid international expansion, enabling both managers and employees to flourish through effective HR processes, systems, and compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities will include global HR operations design and scaling, compliance management, HR system optimization, and enhancing the employee experience.
