The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for our mission and a creative approach to engaging with donors. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, fostering relationships with donors, and partnering with staff and volunteers to elevate our organizational presence and brand. This role requires a self-motivated leader with a proven record in donor-focused fundraising, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively. You will represent the organization at various events, maintain an active social media presence, and identify opportunities for our leaders to connect with new communities and potential supporters. Applicants should have 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a development department, specifically in donor engagement. Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills are essential, along with familiarity with CRM software. You should embody the organization’s values and project a professional image that aligns with our mission. The successful candidate will work closely with our Board of Directors, the Israeli network, and other stakeholders to support our strategic growth initiatives while staying informed about opportunities within the network.
