About the Role We are looking for a full-time Director of Fundraising and Development to lead our fundraising initiatives and expand our outreach. This is a remarkable opportunity for a creative, high-energy professional who shares our passion for education and community support. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy. Building and maintaining relationships with donors. Collaborating with organizational staff and volunteers to enhance our brand and outreach. Representing our organization at events and maintaining a vibrant social media presence. Identifying opportunities for leadership engagement with new communities and potential supporters. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5+ years of experience in fundraising, especially in donor-facing roles. Candidates should demonstrate a strong advocacy for our mission and possess the skills to portray a professional image that aligns with our values. Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills, along with experience using CRM software, are essential for success in this role. The Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, the Israeli network, and other stakeholders to promote strategic growth and stay informed about opportunities within our network. Some travel may be required (less than 10%), both within the US and to Israel.
