About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Director of Engineering (Player/Coach/RoR's) with a passion for technology and innovation to lead our engineering team. Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee design, development, and deployment of tech services. Leverage technical expertise for problem-solving and strategic decisions. Coordinate with legal and operations to ensure compliance. Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Mentor and develop team members. Participate hands-on in development and coding. Manage project execution, risks, and issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related; advanced degree preferred. At least 5 years in a leadership role within tech, preferably in startups. Proficient in GCP and Ruby on Rails. Strong understanding of distributed systems. Proven leadership in high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
