Salary: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify potential accounts and devise targeted entry strategies. Lead prospecting campaigns to generate new client relationships. Develop deep understanding of the customer's key business strategies and challenges. Collaborate with a team of experts to design and deliver solutions that fulfill customer business objectives. Engage with senior decision-makers and build strategic partnerships to foster long-term business growth. Track and report on sales activities and achieve targeted revenues as part of a comprehensive sales plan. Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies. Proven track record in new business development and professional services sales. Experience managing large volume sales ($250k and above). Comfort with varying sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months. Prioritize stability as evidenced by no more than three jobs in the past ten years. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a business discipline. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities. Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and articulate solutions clearly. Solid understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
