Responsibilities

The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing account entry strategies, conducting prospecting campaigns, developing relationships, understanding the customer’s critical business strategies, and working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute solutions to achieve the customer’s business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies

Proven track record of new business development selling professional services

Experience with a broad range of sales cycles (three, six, and twelve months)

Career stability with no more than three jobs in the last ten years

Compensation primarily through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses

Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through lead generation

Compensation is performance-based, with a base salary of $140K plus commissions and bonuses tied to fiscal year revenue and profitability.
