1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related required. Equivalent related experience may be considered.
2. Training and Experience: Five years' experience in business and Human Resources. Experience in a health care institution is desired.
3. Job Knowledge: Working knowledge of organizational behavior, human resource management, group dynamics, recruiting, legal implications, benefit programs, workers' compensation, wage and salary programs.
4. Safety Sensitive: NO In the interest of protecting the health and safety of all patients, associates, and guests, Unity Health has classified some positions as "safety sensitive." DESCRIPTION:
The Human Resource (HR) Director plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of Unity Health's talent strategy, and Mission and Vision.
