Coordination and management of activities and resources of inpatient and outpatient clinical services for Cardiopulmonary Services. Responsible for staffing, regulatory competence and compliance and communication with other leadership peers. Will work as a key member of the management team and will assume 24-hour accountability for overall management and for the delivery of quality patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Reports to the CFO.

Skill in problem-solving techniques, to adapt to new situations, use effective conflict resolution techniques Abilities to assess situations and set priorities EDUCATION Graduate of a Respiratory Care Program Baccalaureate degree in related service lines and/or Business Administration EXPERIENCE Prefer 3 years Cardiopulmonary Management experience Minimum 3-5 years’ clinical experience in related field of service CERTIFICATE/LICENSE Current Iowa Respiratory Care Practitioners License NBRC Credentials Iowa Mandatory Reporter – Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certificates
