Oversees the Lakeshore Stingrays Swim Team. Manages a team of swim instructors and swim team coaches, including casting, hiring, training, and ensuring adherence to LSF Standards. Communicates efficiently and clearly with Members and Club regarding all areas of Aquatics. Supports swim assessments and swim tryouts as needed. Prepared to step in and teach any swim lesson if an instructor needs a substitute. Works as part of a club leadership team to ensure high-quality programming and service, supporting other departments as needed. Qualifications: Looking for someone with 2+ years in a leadership position or experience in aquatics programming.
