Manage a team of swim instructors and coaches, including hiring, training, and maintaining standards. Communicate effectively with members and staff regarding all aquatics-related matters. Support swim assessments and tryouts as needed. Be prepared to teach swim lessons as a substitute instructor. Collaborate with the club leadership team to ensure high-quality programming and service, supporting other departments as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role or experience in aquatics programming.
