Our nimble, decentralized culture can provide you with a wealth of opportunities to learn about our business and quickly gain experience to accelerate your career. **This position is a hybrid role based out of Colliers office in Richmond, Virginia** Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute commercial real estate appraisal assignments across sectors, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and land. Lead a team of appraisers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and quality control. Develop and maintain client relationships with lenders, developers, REITs, institutional investors, and law firms. Collaborate with regional leadership to expand Colliers' footprint in the Richmond and broader Virginia market. Qualifications Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license (Virginia). MAI designation preferred or in progress. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and mentor junior appraisers. Approximate Salary Range for this Role: Commission Based
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
