**This position is a hybrid role based out of Colliers office in Richmond, Virginia**
Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute commercial real estate appraisal assignments across sectors, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and land. Lead a team of appraisers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and quality control. Develop and maintain client relationships with lenders, developers, REITs, institutional investors, and law firms. Collaborate with regional leadership to expand Colliers footprint in the Richmond and broader Virginia market.
Qualifications Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license (Virginia). MAI designation preferred or in progress. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and mentor junior appraisers. Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
