This role is ideal for a talent procurement expert who thrives at the intersection of culture, talent, and brand innovation—someone who understands the nuances of talent procurement and can seamlessly connect top-tier talent with forward-thinking brands. The ideal candidate will have a developed network, an eye for spotting opportunity, a passion for entertainment, and a proven ability to build meaningful partnerships that drive both revenue and cultural impact.
This is a hybrid role, based in our New York office or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and entertainment partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, CMOs, talent agents, and entertainment executives. Collaborate to create compelling pitch materials, proposals, and tailored activation strategies. Lead client discovery meetings to understand marketing goals and identify opportunities for talent-led campaigns. Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system, providing regular reporting on progress, forecasts, and conversion metrics. Represent the agency at key industry events, festivals, and networking functions to expand visibility and forge new connections. Stay ahead of entertainment, pop culture, and influencer trends to proactively suggest innovative partnerships and campaign opportunities. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to structure deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all partnership terms.
This Position Is a Perfect Fit For You If
Our Company values – Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always and Accountability with an “I” – really speak to you. Your approach is human-centered and culture-obsessed, driving ideas rooted in both consumer insights and cultural relevance. You have strong cultural fluency – you live and breathe pop culture and entertainment and are passionate about inserting brands into cultural moments. Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are excited to build and evolve systems as we grow. Are both a strategic thinker and a creative leader, excited by the intersection of pop culture, brand purpose, and talent influence. You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow. When things change, so do we. We’re always evolving. You thrive in fast-changing environments and have a strong pulse on pop culture, awards shows, seasonal tentpoles, and trend cycles—and you know how to insert brands authentically into those moments. An adept multitasker who can fluidly switch contexts between different brands and project types—whether it's a brand platform, a social-first moment, or an award-season activation.

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in-office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on-site learning, and connecting with client partners is a critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be. Outside of these offices, we have regions, where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities. We call this our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach. Real Chemistry believes we are best together – and our workplace strategy fosters connection and collaboration in person – but also supports flexibility for our people.
