My last hire closed a $4M deal in their first year. (Commission checks can range from $250K to $500K.) The company reached profitability last year, surpassing revenue goals and growing from $56M to over $100M. The product suite supports the entire consumer lifecycle—from prospecting and retargeting to retention and reengagement. Fully remote culture with unlimited PTO.
