Lead and mentor a diverse team of Technical Managers across General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, and Cyber lines Ensure risk assessments and service offerings meet high technical standards and deliver value to customers Provide actionable risk mitigation advice to support marketing and digital engagement strategies Cultivate strategic partnerships with business stakeholders to drive alignment and shared success Oversee the development of technical content and guidelines for risk assessment to fuel growth and customer adoption Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferred, preferably in Engineering or Risk Management 12+ years of experience in P&C risk engineering across core product lines Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams in a collaborative work environment Experience managing large-scale projects and initiatives successfully Strong communication skills with the ability to influence management at all levels Preferred Qualifications
