Responsibilities

• Direct and lead engineering teams to deliver successful products and services.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential.
• Work with your teams to establish specific, measurable goals and commitments.
• Develop strategic plans to accomplish technical and business objectives in partnership with leadership, your teams, and customers.
• Define new KPIs to inform decision‑making and prioritization.
• Establish software development standards and processes, as well as best practices, for your teams.
• Launch new cloud services and establish operational excellence.
• Set technical direction with architects and technical leads for your teams, based on the technologies being built and deployed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in enterprise software, including management of managers.
• 10+ years of experience in application development, including 3+ years working with large‑scale distributed applications, web services, or systems design.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, technologies, and concepts.
• Experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, and Python.
