The role involves strategy, design, delivery, and operational excellence of essential infrastructure components. Responsibilities Apply extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks related to developing, debugging, or designing software applications, operating systems, and databases according to current and future design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision improvements to the architecture. Qualifications A BS or MS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 10 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale critical service. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and performance optimization in a technology-driven environment. Exceptional decision-making abilities with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong background in recruiting, developing, and leading senior individual contributors (ICs) and building high-performing teams. Ability to make decisions that significantly impact the organization’s infrastructure with implications for revenue and long-term operational success. Experience in Networking and Cloud Infrastructure Operations. Experience in managing a large-scale critical service in a cloud computing environment. Expertise in Distributed Systems, Network Operating Systems, Network Orchestration and Controller.
