8+ years of tax experience (business & personal) CPA or EA required Deep experience working with business owners Confident leading a team, a client call, or a tax vision Clear communicator (no jargon walls) Obsessed with elevating the client experience Energized by autonomy, ownership, and innovation
What You'll Do:
Lead Tax Strategy : You'll own the vision, systems, and outcomes. Be a Trusted Advisor : Build proactive, year-round relationships (not just during tax season). Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with CFOs, client teams, and ops for holistic solutions. Mentor and Grow : Inspire, guide, and support a rising tax team. Shape the Future : Drive strategic change in an industry ready for disruption.
