Ryan is expanding the Federal Income Tax Consulting practice throughout the U.S. We are seeking talent at all levels, including but not limited to Manager, Senior Manager, and Director, who have experience in public accounting, either currently or within the last 4 years.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of federal income tax, as well as experience with federal income tax consulting and provision.
Ryan will consider candidates at the Senior Associate or Senior Consultant level who are ready for promotion, as well as those currently in a Manager, Senior Manager, or Director role. In Ryan's flexible work environment, candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S.

Role Responsibilities: This role requires expertise in U.S. Federal Income Tax to provide consulting services to corporate clients. Depending on the level, responsibilities may include leading, managing, and executing federal income tax consulting engagements to deliver value for Ryan’s clients or serving as an individual contributor. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance required. At least 4 years of experience in Federal Income Tax Consulting, with a proven track record of excellent service delivery and teamwork. Computer Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet research required. Familiarity with Workday and Salesforce is preferred. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license required. Work Environment: Standard indoor environment. Occasional long periods of sitting at a computer. Regular interaction with employees and clients in person, via email, and phone. Travel requirement: 30-50%. Standard workweek exceeds 50 hours. Equal Opportunity Employer: disability/veteran
