Build membership! Create, promote, and conduct revenue-generating youth and adult instructional and recreational sports programs, leagues, camps, clinics, and trainings. Teach, hire, train outstanding fitness instructors for adult exercise and wellness programs to support membership. Maintain fitness center, gym, aerobics studio, and respective equipment to ensure positive membership experiences. Be a strong contributor to the professional staff team and department leader. Experience in sports management, programming, camps, fitness, facility maintenance, and overall wellness. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, and weekends. Relevant degree, certifications, and experience.
