This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners, including vendors and academic collaborators, to drive the success of numerous clinical trials. The Senior Medical Director will oversee the generation and assessment of essential clinical documentation, provide scientific and medical support throughout the trial process, and represent clinical studies on various key teams. To excel in this role, candidates should possess an advanced degree in a relevant field, ideally an MD or MD equivalent with subspecialty training in hematology/oncology, and at least 8 years of applicable experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or relevant academic sectors. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in clinical oncology, coupled with a demonstrated history of successful navigation through all stages of clinical trials. Key competencies include expertise in global clinical study design and drug development processes, combined with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with experience in team building and management, possessing deep knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines. A proactive, results-oriented mindset, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment, are vital.
