About the Role
The company is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Medical Director to play a pivotal role in shaping both early and late-phase clinical strategies focusing on hematology. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners, including vendors and academic collaborators, to drive the success of numerous clinical trials. The Senior Medical Director will oversee the generation and assessment of essential clinical documentation, provide scientific and medical support throughout the trial process, and represent clinical studies on various key teams.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in clinical oncology, coupled with a demonstrated history of successful navigation through all stages of clinical trials.
Key competencies include expertise in global clinical study design and drug development processes, combined with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with experience in team building and management, possessing deep knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines. A proactive, results-oriented mindset, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment, are vital. We seek a values-based collaborator committed to continuous learning and effective in a global setting.
