About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director for its Forensics practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and execution of the overall forensic team strategy, with a focus on meeting financial performance targets, supporting client satisfaction, and fostering employee engagement. This leadership position involves business development, strategic planning, and the management of a team to ensure the practice's success. The Senior Managing Director will be responsible for leading the execution of the annual budget, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing programs, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. They will also be involved in identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the practice's compliance with all relevant regulations.
Applicants for the Senior Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical, science, or engineering field, or an advanced degree in a relevant area of specialization. A minimum of 15 years' industry experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, staff management, and a strong ability to lead and inspire a team. Key skills include excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a strategic mindset and the capacity to handle high-stress situations.
