Job Duties and Qualifications As the Head of the Marketing Department for Landmark, the Senior Manager/Director of Market Insights & Product Marketing plays a critical role in setting the marketing direction of the company. Landmark seeks an E&P thought leader to understand market and customer preferences, develop and execute marketing plans, product branding initiatives, digital marketing, and events. Key Responsibilities: Ensure superior customer experience by understanding and optimizing the customer journey. Develop and implement product marketing campaigns to improve product positioning. Develop and execute partner ecosystem marketing campaigns to showcase ecosystem impact. Organize Landmark Innovation Forum and Expo, and participate in industry events such as IMAGE, EAGE, SPE. Drive thought leadership through speaking engagements and paper publications at conferences. Manage the marketing budget and oversee team expansion. Conduct competitive research, analyze market trends, and drive insights processes from multiple sources including customer feedback, surveys, competition activity, and industry trends. Lead and manage the marketing team, collaborating with corporate marketing. Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Collaborate with executives to execute the company's vision and strategy. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Skills and Experience: Experience as a CMO or similar role in product marketing for large to mid-sized software or industrial companies with software offerings. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with experience in organizing industry events and customer interactions. Knowledge of marketing techniques, trends, and concepts for cloud and on-premise software environments. Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large data sets and communicating insights. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Industry experience in oil and gas or oilfield services is essential. Education: Engineering or science background. MBA is a plus.
