With three senior partners preparing for retirement, you will be positioned to inherit some of the firm’s most valuable and long-standing client relationships, including multigenerational families and privately held companies.

In this role, you will:

• Lead advanced tax strategy and compliance for high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, and business entities
• Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals and support staff
• Build and strengthen key client relationships
• Contribute to department-wide improvements and long-term planning

What they are looking for:

• 10+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong background in individual, trust, estate, and entity-level taxation
• Leadership experience and a track record of developing talent
• CPA required
