The candidate should have a proven track record in GEOINT analysis, mission-critical operations, and team management. A deep understanding of intelligence operations, data integration, systems architecture, and geospatial intelligence strategic application is essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership in advancing GEOINT capabilities for national defense and intelligence operations. Lead cross-agency initiatives and multi-disciplinary teams integrating sensitive capabilities and analytic technologies. Manage multimillion-dollar operational budgets, successfully securing funding increases (+65%) for critical missions. Drive innovation in GEOINT tradecraft, workflows, and system design to improve intelligence gaps and situational awareness. Support operational real-time intelligence missions collaborating with DoD, IC partners, and allies. Align geospatial capabilities with national priorities through policy, assessment, and risk mitigation. Enhance enterprise processes and enable agile responses to emerging threats via data fusion and operational insights. Represent the organization in high-level stakeholder engagements, aligning tactical and strategic goals. Contribute to business development through solution development, proposals, customer engagement, and opportunity pursuit. Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen with TS/SCI clearance. 15+ years of progressive leadership in GEOINT or the Intelligence Community, including operational roles. Experience managing large teams (30+ personnel) and programs over $20M. Expertise in strategic planning, GEOINT operations, intelligence synthesis, and systems architecture. Strong background in risk assessment, program management, and capability development. Proven problem-solver with cross-domain data integration skills. Desired Qualifications: Completion of Program Management coursework and PMP certification. 10+ years of Program Management experience, including cost analysis and familiarity with DoD data sources (e.g., EVM). Knowledge of quality control principles. Leadership in deployed and forward-operating environments. Familiarity with emerging GEOINT technologies and modernization efforts. Experience coordinating with DoD and IC partners.
