This position is responsible for leading the sales, marketing, and business development efforts for the Separation business in North America.

This position will oversee all Field Service, Repair, and Spare Parts operations for the Separation BU.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, setting long-term goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams, including regional directors, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives. This includes hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.
Sales Process Optimization:
Oversee and optimize the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, leveraging CRM systems and sales analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer experience to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Budget Management:
Manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial parameters.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, stay ahead of industry trends, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Industry Networking & Brand Building:
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness, network with potential clients, and generate new business opportunities.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement new sales strategies, processes, and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Your Profile / Qualifications
University Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent educational level
10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Possess strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Experience in managing sales teams and a deep understanding of sales operations and CRM tools are crucial
