Overview

Senior Director, People Operations and Technology. Our client is a publicly-traded biotechnology firm that discovers and develops clinical-stage cancer therapies. They are seeking a leader in the People Operations & Technology space to support their continued growth and global expansion. The role focuses on delivering cutting-edge enhancements to the HRIS infrastructure (notably leading the implementation of Workday) and guiding HR processes to support a best-in-class employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small team dedicated to People Operations and Technology.
  • Drive the design, evolution, and alignment of HR programs to support a high-growth, employee-centric organization.
  • Oversee HRIS strategy and delivery, with primary accountability for the Workday implementation and ongoing enhancements.
  • Partner with business leaders to scale HR processes to support rapid growth and global expansion.
  • Analyze data to inform people strategy, ensure data integrity, and optimize employee experience outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a company with significant growth and expansion, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to design, implement, and evolve programs.
  • Interest in the company’s mission and a track record of contributing to a best-in-class employee experience.
  • Based in the Bay Area with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
